The purpose of this meeting shall be:

Re-organization for FY 2022

a.    Appoint signatories for checking/account;

b.    Re-appointment of Timothy Hampton as Trustee;

c.    Approve Minutes of prior meetings;

d.    Approve disbursements;

e.    Any other business that may properly come before the Authority
